The Problem

We planned the number and placement of indoor units to cool the home evenly while keeping the visual impact minimal, and sized the system to control our summer humidity properly. The radiator system was left untouched to keep providing winter heat. The result is a home that keeps its historic radiant heat and gains modern cooling, each doing what it does best.

The Outcome

The household finally had genuine, even, whole-home cooling through the summer — quiet and efficient, with the window units gone for good — while keeping the radiator heat they valued in winter. The home’s character was preserved, since no ductwork had to be forced through its walls and ceilings.
